Q:  Do you accept credit cards? A:  Yes, we accept the following major credit cards.

Q:  When will my order be processed? A:  Most orders are processed Monday through Friday and are shipped the same day. Orders received after 1:00PM EST will be shipped the next business day. If orders are placed on a holiday, weekend or after 1:00PM EST, we will process them on the next business day. Your credit card will not be billed until your order is shipped.
Q:  Can I place my order over the phone? A:  Absolutely, please call us toll free at (610)792-9700 and we'll gladly assist you over the phone. If you wish to place an International order, please contact us for a customized shipping quote. Our website is not able to process international orders at this time.
Q:  How will I know if you have received my order? A:  When ordering online, you will automatically receive an order confirmation via e-mail. You will be given your order number on the order confirmation page. Be sure to record this number and keep it handy in case you have questions about your order.
Q:  Can I change my order? A:  If we receive your change order before it is shipped we will be glad to make the indicated change. If the order has already shipped then you will need to return the item at your expense.
Q:  How do I address an order that I want shipped to a Military Address? A: 

Please enter the billing and shipping information using the following guidelines.

  • For "City" enter either APO or FPO, whichever applies to you.
  • For "United States" enter either AA for Armed Forces America, AE for Armed Forces Europe or AP for Armed Forces Pacific.

Q:  Is there anything else I should know about placing an order? A: 

Most International orders have a tax, duty, or an additional fee. It is the recipient's responsibility to pay these fees. The Pressure Positive Company cannot be responsible for any taxes, duties or fees associated with any order! If you wish to place an international order you may choose to call us directly, email us or place an order in our online store. Our website now processes international orders with credit card.
UPS does not deliver priority, 2-day shipments on holidays or weekends. UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If you would like your order shipped to a P.O. Box, your order will be shipped via The USPS. Call us for shipping quote.

Q:  Do I need to order a minimum quantity for wholesale orders? A:  You must order at least 12 pieces to qualify for a wholesale purchase.
Q:  May I mix and match in my order to qualify for wholesale pricing? A:  Yes, you may mix and match different products to qualify for wholesale pricing.

Refund Information

All of the products manufactured and sold under the name of The Pressure Positive Company are carefully designed and are made to be safe, functional, durable and effective. 

Use our products to help relieve tension and stiff, sore muscles, worry free. If your Pressure Positive product should break during normal use or if you are not completely satisfied, just send it back to us.*

*In accordance with FDA regulations, The MyoFree Solution, is a personal use product and is therefore not returnable.

All product returns require a return merchandise authorization number (RMA). An RMA number must be issued within 30 calendar days after the date of purchase. To qualify for return all products require a Return Authorization (RMA) number prior to being returned, must be 100% complete, in the same condition as when sold, and in the original packaging as provided by the manufacturer. All packing materials, manuals, diskettes, CDs, digital media, blank warranty cards and other accessories and documentation must be included. Kits and other items assembled after purchase must be unassembled and returned in the original packaging.  All returns must have original intact UPC barcode and Serial number.  All return and warranty terms will initiate on the day of delivery and all return merchandise must be received by our warehouse within 10 days of RMA issue.

hipping damage is covered within our carrier shipping insurance. Please notify us of all shipping and box damage within 48hrs of item receipt so we can contact the carrier to arrange pick up and inspection of the damaged items.  Original packaging must be available for insurance inspection at the original address of delivery.

Fraud: Return fraud such as altered, counterfeit and/or switched product will be prosecuted to full extent of the law.

A 20% restocking Fee will be applied and reimbursed from all refunds.
